Robotic Demolition
Also known as a Brokk, a demolition robot is a versatile, electric powered machine. With an incredible power to weight ratio the Brokk makes light work of the toughest jobs.
Brokks range in size from 1/2tonne to 11tonnes. Attachments include:
- Breaker
- Cruncher
- Bucket
- Drilling equipment
- Scabbler head
Burster
A burster or splitter slots into preformed core holes in concrete and masonry, expand and exert forces of up to 400tonnnes causing the material to crack. Available in various sizes the bursters prove a good method for removing large structures of concrete ‘silently’ whilst producing no vibration or dust.
Applications include:
- Removal of large concrete structures
- Works in quiet, sensitive areas
- Vibration free demolition

Cruncher
A set of handheld jaws are applied to a concrete wall or floor. When operated, they close and exert a force in excess of 30tonnes, crushing the concrete with ease. These are ideal for smaller walls/floors where a Brokk may not gain access or be warranted. With no dust, noise or vibration the jaws can crunch concrete up to 300mm thick.
Applications include:
- Works in sensitive/quiet areas
- Areas of limited access
- Vibration free demolition
